Suggest a better description1. Whisk ½ cup milk and cornstarch together until smooth.
2. Pour remaining milk into a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to appear around the edge. Do not let it boil! Once it is warm, whisk in honey, vanilla, salt, and chocolate until the mixture is smooth and blended. Then add in the cornstarch, whisking constantly until it is completely incorporated.
3. Bring the mixture to a light boil, whisking frequently. This will take about 4 minutes. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool. Serve immediately with whipped cream, if desired.
